Gentle cleansing with Sulphate-Free Shampoo.

Sulphates can strip natural oils from the hair, leading to dryness and frizz. Focus on massaging the shampoo into your scalp to remove buildup and dirt while avoiding excessive scrubbing of the lengths to prevent tangling.

Hydration and Conditioning:
After shampooing, apply a generous amount of conditioner to your curls. Look for a conditioner specifically formulated for curly hair, as it will provide the moisture and nourishment your curls need.

Air Dry or Diffuse:
Allow your curls to air dry or use a diffuser attachment on your hair dryer to dry them gently. Avoid using a regular towel to dry your hair, as the rough texture can cause frizz and disrupt your curl pattern. Instead, use a microfiber towel or an old cotton t-shirt to blot excess water from your hair without causing damage.
